I just got back from the 8th annual snowboard trip for the kids who come to The Farm. We stayed at the base of keystone for a few days and had a great time. This was our view from the driveway.

We had quite the crew with 14 kids and 8 adults. The place should have been way too packed but was so big it was surprisingly spacious even when full of teenage shredders.

One of the best parts about Keystone is that they have night riding. So when the normal mountains shut down your fun at 4p.m. you can still shred Keystone for another 5 hours. However we found out that park closed at 7:30 so we didn’t get a chance to shoot too many night photos. Nate still had is way with this front 50 through the kinker.

And Eric had some fun with a few clean gap to boardslides before our operation got shut down. It was a great trip, with lots of fun as well as a little bit of craziness. Nate, a volunteer at the park and regular to the mountains, got really broke off jumping on Saturday. He is already exceeding doctors expectations in how fast he is recovering but will be in the hospital for a while. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. He’s a champ and praise God none of his injuries will be permanent. You can read updates on his progress from his mom’s facebook.
